How we started our story
Real Res’s history is a story of the powerful combination of two of the country’s best professional real estate search organizations.
Property Debt Research & Clear Choice Tax & Lien opened their doors in the early 2000s when unrecorded issues were increasingly affecting real estate closings.
Each company continued to develop their skill and expertise throughout the years and both made large impacts on their respective clientele.
In October 2021, the two companies decided to enter into a formal partnership and merged, allowing both organizations to reach their full potential. The result was Real Res, a strong and dynamic professional municipal property research provider with half a century of knowledge, skill, and professionalism.
